Glacier Wedding via Helicopter Landing
If you want to get on the glacier quickly and with little effort than taking a helicopter ride is the way to go. This offers the adventure of flight as well as the experience on the ice. With a range of helicopter operators, you can have your pick of scenery. Your travel time will vary greatly in the last frontier depending on where you choose to travel. We have some amazing partners we can connect you with whether you want to take flight in Denali National Park, Juneau or just outside Anchorage. One thing to consider is working the cost for flights into your budget. You will likely be starting at a minimum of $450 per person.

You can take a flight directly from many Alaska wedding venues within a one hour drive from the city of Anchorage. Some elopement packages include the option to land in multiple places on the ice so we can get amazing wedding portraits for you! I can't wait to pile in the helicopter with the two of you to head out on an adventure. I do highly recommend a bringing a wedding planner and a marriage commissioner too!
